Here she shows you how to make authentic Spinach, Feta, and Parmesan Bulemas made with Homemade Dough. Bulemas or Boyus, depending on what town a family came from, are spirals of stuffed dough, baked in the oven until crisp.

Ingredients:

8 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 cups warm water
1/2 cup vegetable oil, plus a few more cups, separate
3 lbs frozen spinach, thawed, with all the water squeezed out of it
4 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese, plus another 1/2 cup, separate
1 1/4 lbs crumbled feta cheese
1 egg, beaten with a touch of water added to it
