A conference on the Kaifeng Jews in the Ma’ani Center
In the framework of conferences devoted to various communities around the world that Shavei Israel works with, this week the Ma’ani Center presented a lecture on the Kaifeng Jews of China, with Eran Barzilai as a speaker. In his lecture, Eran who is Shavei’s coordinator for the Kaifeng community, shared with the public an exciting story plus cultural and religious traditions of ancient Jews of China and demonstrated a beautiful presentation illustrating the brightest moments of their modern life.
